Based in Zanjan, Iran, Soollaryaghan Consulting Engineering Company provides engineering studies, design and construction supervision services for water and civil infrastructure projects. The company was established in 2006 by professionals with backgrounds in irrigation and drainage, civil engineering, hydraulic engineering and surveying.
Its original focus was supporting agricultural water management, including the planning and distribution of irrigation water. Over time, the company broadened its services to include catchment management, water supply, wastewater infrastructure, roads and related civil works.
